Coaching differs from CBT, in that it gives the power for change back to the client, ensuring that any and all behaviour change is exactly what the clients wants and needs, and is at a pace that the client can engage with.
Psychotherapeutic Coaching is truly bespoke and person centred.

No matter what it is in life that you need coaching for, Mandi-Rae is qualified and experience to support and guide you.
Coaching is for people, who don't need psychological support, but who do need guidance.
Mandi-Rae believes that enlisting the support of a coach, is much like being registered with a GP.
You only need the GP when you encounter a health challenge, and you go to see them when the problem is small and manageable. They deal with the issue, and you go on your way.
Coaching is much the same; you go with a small personal or professional challenge, you get the support, solve the issue, and go on your way!
If you do need further support, there is the Psychotherapeutic Coaching available to you.

Hypnotherapy is used to effect permanent / long term change.
